Locums | Interventional Cardiology | Inpatient + Call | Gadsden, AL (AL license or IMLC) Why This Role

• AL license or IMLC accepted — a broad door for out-of-state candidates
• Defined 2-month block (July–August) with potential for an added week of call afterward
• Fast onboarding: temporary privileges available, ~30-day credentialing
• Cerner EMR; PA/NP and office support on site
Assignment Details
• Dates: July 1 – August 31, 2026 (2-month assignment); potential for an additional week of uncovered call afterward
• Setting: inpatient, scheduled clinical hours + call
• Call: beeper, 30-minute response; unassigned patients, possible STEMI
• Temporary privileges available
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: ~30 days
• Trauma Level 3
Clinical Details
• Interventional cardiology coverage including cath lab / STEMI call for unassigned patients
Requirements
• Board certified or board eligible
• Active Alabama license or IMLC eligibility
• ACLS, BLS
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
• Malpractice provided
• Travel and lodging reimbursed
