Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Administrative Assistant Trinity Health PACE - Kinder Park Hours - Monday - Friday 8-430 Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support that ensures efficient operations, strong communication, and effective program management. This role supports hiring coordination, credentialing, and compliance-related filing while assisting leadership with projects and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Support executive leadership with calendaring, reports, presentations, and special projects Coordinate hiring processes, credentialing, and maintain accurate records Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials; compile and analyze data Manage office operations, meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning Respond to inquiries, resolve routine issues, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and uphold Trinity Health values Provide backup support to administrative team members as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred 1–3 years of administrative or secretarial experience supporting multiple leaders Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Experience with data entry, scheduling, and reporting preferred Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Why Join Us?
