Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Birthing Center/Mother Baby unit with 34 total beds.
• Independently attend deliveries and circulate in c-sections.
• Adhere to AWHONN guidelines with a 1:2 L&D nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Titrate magnesium, Pitocin, and insulin drips as needed.
• Coordinate with 24/7 in-house OB/GYN and Neonatology team.
• Adapt quickly to facility workflows and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of LDRP experience, multiple prior travel experiences considered with 1 year of experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required; preference for intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring certification.
• Proficient with EPIC charting systems.
• Must be comfortable with high-risk pregnancies and various common diagnoses.
• Experience with or willingness to engage in block scheduling and rotation with permanent staff for holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within fast-paced environments.
