Job Description

Our team is looking for energetic, friendly and responsible people to join our team as a Kitchen Manager . If you are looking for a restaurant career with advancement opportunities, and enjoy working in a fast paced, fun, rewarding, environment, then bring your high volume Restaurant Manager skills to our casual dining restaurant team in The Villages, Florida area. If you can lead, inspire, and challenge yourself and others to do better every day, then we want to speak with you! We have a strong commitment to our people (both our employees as well as our guests) and we believe, if you treat people right the business will take care of itself. What we’re looking for :

· A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

· Skilled Restaurant Manager experience (cost management, food safety, team leadership, great guest service...you get the gist)

· Someone who can oversee the preparation of safe and delicious food and maintain a clean, neat and organized restaurant

· A creative approach to marketing (community-engagement, etc.)

· Someone that loves to develop and lead a team

· The ability to deliver a great guest experience
