Job Overview Store Manager Job Details: Oversees daily operations, leads and develops employees, and ensures excellent customer service and operational performance. Responsibilities Oversees daily operations, leads and develops employees, and ensures excellent customer service and operational performance. Creates a store environment people love walking into. Guides a dependable, high‑performing team. Compensation Base salary: $46,800 per year. Bonus: $13,200 per year (eligible after 90 days). Average total compensation: $60,000 per year. Insurance cost: $15 per week. 30% discount after 90 days of employment.
