Workathome Data Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support day-to-day data management and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and reviewing information across various systems and databases while supporting general operational needs. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Organize, manage, and maintain electronic records and documentation. Perform data verification and quality checks as needed. Generate, compile, and distribute reports. Assist with document management, file maintenance, and record keeping. Communicate with internal teams to obtain, verify, or clarify information. Support administrative and operational projects as assigned. Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Basic computer proficiency with experience using common business software and database systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or data management tools. Familiarity with office procedures and general administrative functions. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment Office, hybrid, or remote work environment depending on business needs.
