AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions to fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You are flexible across key areas—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You are a team player and assist colleagues in getting the job done. You maintain integrity and follow AEO’s policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available during guests’ shopping times (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. Pay / Benefits Information Starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location. Subject to eligibility, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
