We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance activities at the Mineola, NY facility
• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department including: power usage, electrical usage, air conditioning usage, etc.
• Coordinate with other facilities departments to ensure that all facilities are in a safe and compliant state.
• Inspect equipment on a regular basis to ensure it is in good working order
• Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed at the Mineola, NY facility
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment at the Mineola, NY facility to ensure it is in good working order
• Oversee the safety of all employees when working at the facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent training
• Ability to drive low motor and man lifts
• Manage a yearly P&L for labor and materials.
• Conduct regular maintenance employee safety talks and training sessions.
• Knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facility mechanical/electrical systems including steam, heating, ventilation, chilling, cooling, compressed air, water supply, electrical service/distribution/control, electronic controls, plating equipment, facility and structural systems.
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions as well as follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work with hands and tools including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and other components.
• Ability to follow specific job specifications including but not limited to specific tasks to be performed and completing them.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have clean NYS drivers license
