Registered Nurse – Clinical Resource Team

Schedule

5:30 PM - 6:00 AM, 12-hour night shifts with potential for every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• WI RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification (required); AHA ACLS Certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN
• At least 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• 1 travel contract (strongly preferred)
• Charting experience with EPIC within the last year
• Experience in Medical/Surgical, General Surgical, Oncology, Renal, CIWA, CHF, COPD, Stroke, Surgical Trauma & Ortho, DKA
• Experience with pre-post catheterization and post pacemaker procedures preferred

Responsibilities

• Float between all designated Med/Surg units as required.
• Provide care according to RN scope of practice and patient acuity.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in orientation and training as required, including unbillable orientation hours.
• Adhere to holiday and weekend rotation policies.
