The primary focus is assisting the maintenance team with its workload, with secondary responsibility for independently maintaining forklifts, vibrating tables, pumps, air supply systems, and general building systems. What You’ll Do: Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on all production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. Serve as the secondary technician for all Concast casting and mixing systems. Maintain and repair vibrating tables, roller conveyors, air compressors, pumps and resin delivery systems. Support forklift maintenance, including daily checks, fluid changes and service coordination. Maintain compressed airlines, ensuring no leaks, safe routing, and consistent PSI across all workstations. Track and document all maintenance performed, parts used and corrective actions in the maintenance log. Requirements Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently with general supervision Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to respond to changing production needs Ability and willingness to travel between Concast plants in Zumbrota and Wanamingo, MN based on maintenance priorities Commitment to workplace safety and proper housekeeping Ability to document maintenance work accurately Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or equipment repair Preventive maintenance programs Mechanical, pneumatic, pump, conveyor, or compressed-air systems Minor electrical troubleshooting Forklift or material-handling equipment maintenance Experience with material-delivery, batching, mixing, precast concrete, composite, or related manufacturing equipment Experience with automated production or mixing equipment Work Environment and Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and use hands for extended periods Frequently bend, stoop, climb, reach, and use hands to operate tools and equipment Regularly lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs Occasionally move heavier materials with appropriate assistance or equipment Work around moving machinery and industrial production equipment Work in loud manufacturing areas with required hearing protection Work in both indoor and outdoor manufacturing environments Travel between Concast plant locations in Zumbrota and Wanamingo, MN as operational needs require Use visual acuity to read measurements, inspect equipment, operate tools, and complete quality checks Pay and Benefits Hourly Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 based on experience and qualifications Benefits include: $0 medical and dental insurance options for employee coverage Company-paid life and short-term disability insurance Vision, HAS, hospital, accident, and voluntary life plans available 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided uniforms and PPE Additional employee programs and support resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
