In Bethesda, the starting hourly base pay rate for Team Jeni's Ambassadors is $17.65/hour with the opportunity to earn an average of $27.32 per hour!* Ambassadors are also eligible for overtime, holiday premium pay (if applicable). *This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based onthe 2026 base pay rate, plus 2025's hourly tip average. 2026 actual customer tips may vary. Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is searching for Ambassadors to join our Bethesda team. We view ice cream as a form of art. Team Jeni's Ambassadors are our part-time, front-line crew members. They scoop and serve ice cream to our customers, make waffle products, run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform a number of other important, related tasks.
