divh2Warehouse Job/h2pEssential Duties Responsibilities/polliEnsure goods are handled and stored in a manner consistent with company policies and GMP procedures/liliOperate Forklift, Walkie Rider, Order selector or pallet jack as needed to move materials in and out of warehouse locations./liliCoordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments/liliEnsure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to the proper department/warehouse./liliEnsure timely and accurate delivery of shipments with the appropriate logistics services./liliEnsure waste and inventory loss is minimized and movement is captured in the inventory accounting system./liliMaintain facility in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and company procedures./liliMaintain clean work environment at all times while performing duties./liliUnderstand material movement processes to enhance accuracy level./liliPerform Daily Cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods on a scheduled basis daily and monthly./liliPerform Zone counting as instructed./liliInitiate inventory adjustments for inventory accuracy/liliFix Oracle errors as needed./liliReceive MDOs (Material Destruction Orders), verify correct quantity, and physically scrap non-conforming and expired inventory./liliFollow up and close loop communication with team members on found discrepancies./liliHelp resolve any outstanding NCMRs and support rework team by locating and moving NCMR product from MRB cage to rework location/liliPerform these and other duties as necessary or required, the inclusion of which will not alter the basic scope of the position./li/olpKnowledge, Skills Qualifications/polliKnowledge of shipping, loading and off-loading of trailers, commercial invoices, and international shipments/liliReceive and maintain forklift training and operator certification/liliExperience with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn and work with other computer software programs such as Oracle, and other internet applications/liliAbility to Communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)/li/olpEducation and Experience/polliHigh school diploma required/lili2 years related experience required/li/olpMinimum Qualifications/polliMust be 18 years of age/li/olpTravel Requirements/polliTypically requires travel less than 5% of the time/li/olpPhysical Requirements and Work Environment/polliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear/liliThis job operates in a professional office environment.
