Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients

Requirements:

• Current PCA certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential preferred
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining client dignity and confidentiality
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass a background check in accordance with Minnesota state requirements
