Deliver coordinated nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process.

Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels.

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.

Utilize independent judgment in patient care decision-making.
