Revenue Integrity Specialist USPI Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood, is seeking a motivated Revenue Integrity Specialist to join our team. Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital Kingwood is a fast-paced Surgical Hospital environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. We are looking for a top performer with solid knowledge of revenue cycle functions to lead the analysis and support billing and collections, and denial management, coding, charge capture and to ensure hospital claims are processed efficiently and accurately. Required Skills: High School Diploma required Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years related experience in working denied A/R and underpaid medical accounts. Solid understanding of revenue cycle functions and business office operations, including charging, accounts receivable, collections, and managed care contracts Strong collection and negotiation skills Excellent computer proof reading and attention to detail, experience in Excel required / Cerner preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to analyze complex data and effectively communicate findings to all levels of the organization Ability to work independently, proactively with limited supervision and a team player when called upon Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr USPI, INC.
