Compensation and Benefits Analyst
- Support compensation programs, salary benchmarking, reporting, and market analysis
- Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, open enrollment, and vendor coordination
- Maintain HRIS and compensation data accuracy
- Build reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analyses
- Support payroll coordination, audits, onboarding, and HR compliance initiatives
- Assist with retirement plan administration and special HR projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR, compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, or ADP preferred
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in both analytical and administrative functions
- Familiarity with AI tools/process improvement is a plus
