Operations Director

ElectriCom

ElectriCom seeks an Operations Director to lead construction operations for power, telecom, and broadband projects. This role oversees regional field crews, project managers, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget utility construction. The Operations Director drives performance metrics, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while building a strong culture of teamwork and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include P&L oversight, client relationship management, process improvement, and developing leaders to support ElectriCom’s growth across multiple states.
