We are currently seeking multiple skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at apartment communities throughout Gainesville!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the community, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete make-readies and unit turns
• Handle service requests/work orders in a timely manner
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across the property
• Support overall property upkeep, including grounds as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong customer service skills with a resident-focused mindset
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical Skills:
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Appliance repair
• Painting & drywall repair
• HVAC experience/certification is a plus (not required)
