Our Infectious Disease team collaborates closely with our extensive multi-specialty group and the larger teams within our trauma center. We are currently expanding our services and are in search of a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join the largest ID team in Newport News at our state-of-the-art, 450-bed Level II trauma center.

• Your schedule will consist of dedicated block time, combining both inpatient and outpatient care, with a variety of cases. The clinic is conveniently located just five minutes from the hospital.

• Telemedicine services are available with our smaller hospitals within the health system.

• We promote a collaborative environment where physician input and feedback are highly valued.

• Our team includes an established, dedicated, and experienced Hospitalist and a full specialty team.

• We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including CME and PTO.

• Our health system utilizes Epic for both inpatient and outpatient services.

• We provide paid malpractice coverage, a sign-on bonus, an incentive bonus, a relocation allowance, and a defined benefit package.
