VIT Technical Program Manager

-Manage and track vehicle integration issues across technicians, engineers, and teams
- Triage in-vehicle issues (sensors, ECUs, communication systems, software, etc.)
- Drive issue resolution, escalation, and status updates
- Keep trackers, reports, and timelines organized and up to date
- Identify recurring issues and help improve processes
- Coordinate testing, vehicle readiness, and integration schedules

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in program management or operations in automotive, AV, robotics, or similar
- Understanding of vehicle systems (ECUs, CAN, Ethernet, sensors like cameras/LiDAR/radar)
- Strong problem-solving and ability to manage technical issues across teams
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience tracking issues, risks, and timelines
- Open to evening/weekend support if needed
