Pocono Medical Center is offering a full time CRNA opportunity! This is a 217 bed voluntary nonprofit, short term acute care hospital and is part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Case Assignments

Cases include, but are not limited to, endo, general surgery and ortho. The practice model at this location is a care team model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
