We're looking for a curious, organized, and social-savvy intern who can help build the infrastructure that empowers employees to tell their stories and amplify the LPL brand.Responsibilities:Employee Advocacy: Assist with managing and expanding LPL's Employee Advocacy program by curating content, supporting participant engagement, and helping employees become confident to share company stories to their social networks.Employee Creator Program Support: Help launch and scale LPL's Employee Creator program by supporting employees interested in building audiences and sharing their experiences online.Program Operations: Maintain program resources, participant lists, content calendars, and internal communications to ensure programs run smoothly and scale effectively.Trend Research & Reporting: Identify and track trends, participation, engagement, and effectiveness.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.Requirements:Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028Interest in the Marketing and Public Relations industryOffer is contingent upon successful background screening and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill - Selected candidates will operate out of the office working on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)Core Competencies:Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills with the ability to write engaging content and provide recommendations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, social media management tools, platformsPreferences:Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong interest in marketing technology, campaign performance, analytics, or customer experienceDetail-oriented, organized, and eager to learnComfortable working with data in Excel or similar toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSummer Internship Schedule:Full - time position for 10 weeks in the summer of 2027; Monday through Friday, working 40 hours a week during business operating hours.Internship dates: 6/1/2027 – 8/6/2027Final Fall Priority Application Date: October 19 at 11:59 PM PSTDisclaimer for international students:At this time, for our early career program positions, we’re unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future.
