• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (starting salary from $265,000 annually)

What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal care at two Level III NICUs, including Mercy Hospital and Norman Regional Hospital
• Manage complex cases using HFOV, jet ventilators, and other advanced neonatal techniques
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, NNPs, and hospital staff
• Deliver high-quality care with full back-up support from hospital specialists
• Participate in approximately 10 shifts per month, including 24-hour on-call coverage
• Support family-centered care in a community-based hospital setting
• Engage in teaching and mentoring, especially welcoming new fellows

What You Need
Required:

• BC/BE in Neonatology
• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)

Preferred:

• Experience in Level III NICU settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Focused on patient-centered, compassionate care
