Key Qualifications:

• Current California Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills for thorough documentation and planning

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and deliver direct services onsite
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Partner closely with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining clear and thorough records
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, shaping goals and accommodations to drive success
• Strengthen students’ functional abilities, coordination, and independence for everyday school activities
