- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager intake meeting, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.
- Partner with leadership to develop job descriptions and support workforce planning.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and successfully recruit key talent for exempt and non-exempt level roles.
- Build, engage, and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates.
- Support talent acquisition initiative for the organization, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and background checks.
- Manage the new hire onboarding process.
- Act as a consultant to the organization to support HR policies and procedures.
- Provide additional support to human resources programs as needed, such as in training, development, benefits, safety, and compliance.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Requires proven experience sourcing and recruiting craft laborers in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to source talent for all levels of the organization including exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Experience working in construction or related industries.
- Experience working in corporate talent acquisition.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set clear goals and deliver into key objectives independently.
