Job Summary (List Format) Data QA Lead
- Lead and manage data quality assurance (QA) activities for wealth management and financial services projects.
- Design, implement, and execute data QA/testing strategies focused on data validation, data reconciliation, and data integrity.
- Perform thorough ETL testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability throughout data pipelines.
- Utilize SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting within various data environments.
- Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestrating and testing data workflows.
- Employ Python scripts to automate data QA processes and support advanced testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Preferred experience with Databricks for data analysis and validation in cloud environments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for data quality and security.
- Provide QA leadership, mentor team members, and support continuous process improvement.
