Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (All Grade Levels)

Location: Aurora, MN area

School Year: 2026-2027

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Openings are available across all grade levels (PreK-12). Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Provide both direct and consultative services
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Minnesota SLP license and appropriate school certification (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
