Policy Issue Associate

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. A local insurance company is seeking a Policy Issue Associate.  In this role  you will perform basic life insurance policy changes, applying premiums to policies and supporting company appointed insurance agents with service requests and/or questions.  You will have interactions with agents by phone and email so excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed as well as data entry and computer knowledge. Responsibilities

• Data entry

• Apply life insurance payments
• Provide exceptional service to agents and clients
• Adhere to confidentiality standards set by the company
• Print, Bind, and prepare policy contracts to be mailed
