Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable manufacturing position with opportunities to grow? We're hiring Production Machine Operators for both day and night shifts . If you have at least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet production goals.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspections.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.
- Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and notify maintenance of major problems.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Experience using basic measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work throughout a 10–12 hour shift as needed.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work either day or night shift.
