Our admissions specialist is the first point of contact for families starting their ABA journey with us, and the person who makes those early steps feel simple. You'll handle inquiries, insurance verification, authorization coordination, and scheduling, keeping families informed and supported from hello to their first appointment. We're looking for someone who pairs strong organization with real warmth and wants their work to make a genuine difference for the children and families we serve.

What you'll do

• Welcome inbound inquiries from families, pediatricians, and referral sources-respond promptly and follow through to the end so no one is left wondering what comes next.
• Verify insurance and benefits, then explain what you find in plain language so families understand their coverage without the stress of decoding it themselves.
• Coordinate alongside our authorization, billing and clinical teams, keeping everything current so services aren't delayed.
• Schedule assessments and guide families smoothly to their first appointment.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our intake system (CentralReach and Zoho experience preferred) so every family is accounted for at every step.
• Be a steady, reassuring presence for families during what can be an emotional time.

What we're looking for

• ABA, healthcare, or front-office intake experience, with comfort around benefits verification and authorizations.
• Strong organizational skills and genuine attention to detail, the kind that keeps things from slipping through the cracks.
• The ability to balance warmth with efficiency, so families feel cared for and the process keeps moving.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.
