Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role partners with leadership across multiple lines of business to drive enterprise-level change management and sales enablement, with a focus on CRM modernization, tool adoption, and sales performance consistency. Job Summary •Lead enterprise change management for a large-scale Financial Services Cloud CRM transformation across multiple lines of business, including UAT coordination, go-live readiness, and post-release hypercare.
•Manage the enterprise Change Management calendar, tracking overlapping frontline impacts and balancing volume and timing to reduce change fatigue for bankers and associates.
•Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption of CRM and sales tools, packaging enablement kits such as playbooks, quick-start guides, FAQs, and training videos for each release.
•Champion communications strategy and the Change Champion program, maintaining an internal enablement site with resources and best practices.
•Stand up and maintain adoption dashboards, tracking usage metrics and reporting progress to senior leadership.
•Partner with Regional and Line of Business Leaders on annual sales goal-setting and with finance on sales reporting enhancements to enable data-driven coaching.
•Own vendor relationships for sales tools and support bankers in the utilization of prospecting and sales tools across the footprint. Minimum Requirements: •5-10 years of experience leading major change management initiatives, including technology-driven change, within banking or financial services.
•Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, including driving adoption of CRM platforms and sales tools across cross-functional teams.
•Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or comparable CRM platforms, with experience supporting bankers or sales teams in tool adoption.
•Strong communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and organizational levels.
•Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: •Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or comparable enterprise CRM modernization initiatives.
•MBA, PMP certification, or formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
•Experience supporting sales performance reporting and goal-setting processes in partnership with finance or operations teams.
•Active daily user of AI tools, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve productivity and workflows.
•Experience managing vendor relationships and software license administration for sales technology platforms.
