What you’ll do Run cases from consult through resolution Build trust with clients Draft pleadings, motions, memos, and settlement agreements Appear in mediations, hearings, settlement conferences, and trials Negotiate outcomes people can live with Use the firm’s tech instead of fighting it Work with our staff like you’re on the same team (because you are) Mentor junior attorneys when it comes up Help keep the culture from turning into any other law firm Unrelated but non-negotiable: a sense of humor. Range depends on how you handle a caseload and the rate you can support. Our model is built to reward people who produce and to give them enough support that they can keep doing it.
