Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication skills and academic success as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis. Work with a dedicated educational team providing comprehensive speech and language services for school-aged children in a welcoming and collaborative environment near San Marcos, TX.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, targeting a range of speech and language disorders
• Document student progress and maintain accurate case records in accordance with school policies
• Partner with teachers and parents, sharing strategies and resources to promote student gains
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education relevant to speech-language pathology
