Customer Success Associate Application Deadline: 31 July 2026 Department: Customer Success Employment Type: Full Time Location: Denver Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 / year TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Customer Success Associate based in our Denver HQ. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities Act as the liaison between the Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure that all client-related processes are running smoothly. Perform various system administration functions within the Kharon application, including user setup and changes, help center updates, and usage monitoring. Support the onboarding of Kharon as a vendor for its clients, including gathering critical information such as banking details, W-9s, legal names, billing addresses, and any other documentation required for setup. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather all required handoff information, ensuring a seamless transition to the post-sale customer journey. Partner with the Security team to assist in handling periodic client risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Support the Customer Success team as needed on customer deliverables and special projects. Provide information on usage metrics at client and/or internal request. Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP). Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in client services, customer success, or sales support roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Experience working with sales teams and handling sensitive client information (e.g., banking details, legal documents) is preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with risk assessments and compliance standards is a plus. Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM software, or other related tools is a plus. Experience with Sales-forward AI agents or platforms is a must.
