What you'll be doing: As our Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for our community. You will have full oversight and responsibility for meeting financial expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a quality customer-oriented workforce. You will be genuinely interacting with our residents, families, associates, and visitors in a professional and caring manner. What you'll bring to the table: Current Administrator's license (based on state requirement) Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Previous operations experience specific to retirement housing with assisted living, long-term care or related fields and experience operating and maintaining a quality, customer-oriented workforce Strong human relations skills and experience with the ability to communicate with diverse levels of employees Possess a valid and current driver's license May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification Must be willing to travel including air travel What's in it for you: Time to recharge PTO Plan and holiday pay because we believe work-life balance and celebrating special occasions is important.
