Pest Control Supervisor – Lead a Team, Grow Your Career

Plunkett's Pest Control: Ready for a career where every day looks different? We're looking for an energetic, people-first leader to oversee a territory and guide a team of Service/Sales Route Technicians in the TX and NM area. What we need is someone who loves coaching a team and helping others succeed. You'll get competitive pay, and a strong benefits package including vacation, sick time, medical insurance, and a 401k.

The supervisor will oversee the following territories - El Paso, Las Cruces, Alamogordo, and the surrounding areas.

Total compensation base + bonus = $60,000 - $65,000

What You'll Do

• Oversee a territory and manage a team of pest control technicians
• Spend time out in the field with your team, coaching and leading by example
• Help drive growth across your territory and set sales goals
• Lead setups for large accounts
• Train new technicians and keep current ones sharp
• Build strong relationships with key customers
• Promote a safety-first culture (OSHA, state, and Plunkett's standards)
• Review reports to keep routes and productivity running smoothly
• Keep an eye on costs for labor, materials, supplies, and vehicles
• Communicate clearly with your team and customers, verbally and in writing

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Top-notch client service skills
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices
• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass state pest control licensing exams

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pest control industry
• Comfortable working independently, solving problems, and keeping detailed records
• Six months in route management, route sales, customer service, sales, or account management
• Fluent in Spanish and English 

Good to Know

This role involves regular phone, email, and face-to-face communication with your team out in the field, as well as with customers. You'll be on the go working alongside your technicians in a variety of outdoor and indoor settings and seasonal weather.
