Assistant Restaurant Leader

As an Assistant Restaurant Leader, you're a key part of the crew — making great coffee and serving guests — while supporting the Manager in keeping the store running smoothly. What you'll do:
- Work the floor and serve guests
- Train newer crew and help them get up to speed
- Keep Dunkin' standards, recipes, and systems on point
- Support the Manager with daily operations, orders, and cost control
- Help keep the store safe, clean, and stocked
- Handle cash accurately and follow cash-management procedures
- Step in to support the team when the Manager is out
What we're looking for:
- Some leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Reliability and steady energy under a rush
- A valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and math skills
- A guest-first attitude
