About the Position

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department at Prairie Estate Townhomes. Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the assigned apartment community.
• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including physical grounds upkeep.
• Conduct preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Handle general building maintenance, custodial duties, and grounds maintenance.
• Complete make-ready work to prepare apartments for new residents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance.
• Experience with carpentry, painting, and refurbishing.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Some experience with A/C systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation details: 18-28 Hourly Wage
