Key Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid, active Minnesota SLP license
• Prior experience working within elementary school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to K–5 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to a range of needs
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Split a 0.6 FTE schedule (approximately 23 hours/week) between two elementary buildings
