Customer Experience Specialist - In-Store & Online Advisor

Macy's Inc. in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Retail Customer Experience Associate to deliver personalized shopping experiences for customers both in-store and online. You will engage with shoppers, make tailored product recommendations, and help drive cross-category sales while using digital tools to enhance the journey.
