Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience
Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups

Key Responsibilities

Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations
Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation
Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
Collaborate with operations and business teams
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
