Member Service Agent

Providing exceptional service to credit union members, the part-time Member Service Agent will assist with account needs, process transactions, and educate members on products and services, with the possibility of remote work after initial training. Key responsibilities Assist members with account inquiries and transactions via phone, email, and chat Open new accounts and process checks efficiently Promote and provide information on credit union products and services to existing members Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service or financial services preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Proficiency with electronic correspondence and communication tools Willingness to undergo mandatory in-office training prior to remote work
