Proven ability to engage credibly in technical discussions with customers, architects, engineers, analysts, and operations staff, and to guide teams toward practical, supportable, and scalable solutions. Experience assessing incoming requests or operational issues, determining the right technical approach, and assigning the right resources to drive work to completion efficiently and effectively. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to connect the dots across federal offices, align competing priorities, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Strong ownership mindset, with a track record of taking initiative, following through on commitments, and driving issues, decisions, and actions to closure.
