Executive Housekeeper Assistant

The Executive Housekeeper Assistant supports the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, conducting room inspections, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. When not performing inspections or supervisory duties, the Executive Housekeeper Assistant is expected to actively assist with cleaning guest rooms and other assigned areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily housekeeping operations.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Assist with assigning and coordinating housekeeping tasks and staff schedules.
• Clean and service guest rooms when not conducting inspections or performing supervisory duties.
• Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning, making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and restocking amenities.
• Support and train housekeeping team members on proper cleaning procedures and company standards.
• Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Communicate maintenance issues, guest requests, and other concerns to the appropriate departments.
• Help ensure housekeeping policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Lead by example by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and teamwork.
