This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy to clients from the comfort of your own home. While you will have the freedom to manage your schedule, we operate on a structured Monday to Friday schedule, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our remote environment utilizes advanced teletherapy technology to connect with clients, with platforms designed to ensure confidentiality and ease of use. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, tailoring therapeutic interventions to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions for individuals and, when appropriate, groups to support shared experiences and foster communal healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, and your ability to engage with them compassionately and authentically will be vital in establishing trust and rapport. You will guide clients toward self-awareness and equip them with tools and strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time LMFT role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes full medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and eligibility for a quarterly productivity bonus. New hires will also receive a bonus, and employees working 30 hours or more per week enjoy a full benefits package.
