Quality Lab Technician

Working At Freudenberg: We Will Wow Your World!Responsibilities:Perform testing and analysis of products utilizing measurement fixtures/gages/equipment. Understand customer, ASTM and other testing requirements and implement successfully.Identify suspect product and disposition accordingly. Communicate findings to appropriate personnel and assist in problem solving & continuous improvement.Develop PPAP data and related forms. Provide necessary support to Quality Engineering.Perform gauge R&Rs to reduce variability in measurement devices.Maintain & improve 5S conditions in the lab.Develop and maintain close working relationships between cells/departments to promote exchange of ideas.Ability to read/interpret blueprints in English & Metric including basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Perform basic statistical analysis.MS office proficiency including use of Minitab.Must be willing to work extra hours if needed.Qualifications:Equivalent lab experienceStrong verbal, written and interpersonal skills requiredExecution & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
