Your day as a Shift ManagerAs a Full Time Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will take the reins of hourly restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. In the absence of the General Manager, you will be the key decision-maker, overseeing daily activities and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
