Your day as a Shift ManagerAs a Full Time Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will take the reins of hourly restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. In the absence of the General Manager, you will be the key decision-maker, overseeing daily activities and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you motivate staff, resolve challenges, and maintain high standards of performance.
