Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to share information about our insurance offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all customer interactions in our database.
- Connect with prospective policyholders to identify their specific coverage needs.
- Schedule follow-up consultations for our licensed insurance agents.
- Provide clear and honest answers to initial questions about our services.
- Participate in team morning meetings to align on goals and share successful strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, specifically in data entry and browser-based software.
- Reliable transportation to our Waldorf office.
- Persistent attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus.
- Friday and Saturday work required
