Port Captain & DPA | Marine Asset & Safety Lead
MASSACHUSETTS MARITIME ACADEMY
MASSACHUSETTS MARITIME ACADEMY is seeking a Port Captain – Designated Person Ashore (DPA) to ensure safety and compliance for a fleet of tugboats. The DPA will oversee operations, manage asset lifecycles, and promote safety culture among teams. Candidates must have 5–10+ years in maritime, valid DPA certification, and strong leadership skills.
