~STAFF NURSE
~NOTE*** This position is 24 hours/week and could be day shift (7:00 am - 7:30 pm) or night shift (7:00 pm - 7:30 am). Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties. 
The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time, in which all are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder as well as committees throughout the hospital.
RN's can receive up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus + competitive pay + Differentials!

As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.
Telemetry experience required
~ Critical Care experience required
~RN License in Maryland or Compact State (as applicable)

 
Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Pediatric or Neonatal

 
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CRITICAL CARE FLOAT ROLES:
Float Pool staff will follow a 6-week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2 difficult-to-staff days required. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations have been met.
